My Story
I have always been passionate about helping others navigate their career and life. My travels across Canada, the US, and other countries have deepened my understanding of diverse cultures and expanded my awareness. I understand the crossroads many individuals face when it comes to their careers. My journey, from the fulfilling social service work to career development, has equipped me with the skills to help others navigate their own paths. In collaboration with other professionals and different organizations, I have helped create specialized employment programs and services tailored to meet unique community needs. A Career Development Practitioner with 20 years of experience, I have had the honour of working in coordination, supervision and management positions for 10 of those years. During those years I had the pleasure of hiring and training others, writing and developing curriculum, writing proposals, train facilitators of workshops, and develop best practices in career coaching.
